Everyone attending meetings, meals, or visiting the exhibit hall MUST be registered.  Admittance to the convention functions will require the name badges.  

NEW THIS YEAR - Infra Polos are available for $30 through November 1st. Orders must be placed by this date due to production.

POLO SPECS & SIZE CHART

As you know, the annual Infra convention is the highlight of our yearly activities. A big reason the convention is so successful is because of the sponsorships of the Associate members. This year there will be prizes awarded to the winners of our Exhibit Hall Passport. Be sure to pick up your passport at registration and visit each Exhibit Booth!

SPECIAL NOTICE TO ASSOCIATE MEMBERS:  Exhibit booths and sponsorships are available to members only.  Limit of one booth space per company and one company name per booth. Limited space is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Booth location selection will be in the order of the payment is received.  Fee includes one 10 ft. space, 6 ft. draped table, 2 chairs and waste basket.    ELECTRICITY in your BOOTH can be pre-purchased separately for $50. All booth personnel must also pay convention registration fees or be covered by your company's sponsorship.

OCTOBER 24th is the deadline for Sponsors/Exhibitors to be listed in the Convention Program.

 

MARGARITAVILLE RESERVATION LINK Use code LIME by November 4th to receive your room at $114. Anyone listed on the room block at Margaritaville that is not a pre-registered attendee WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE BLOCK.
